actually i feel change may not be something dreadful or something even fearful, if we can adapt to it, and even embrace as part of a challenge, to overcome it.

Change is something intangible, something inevitable in the course of our lives so no matter how we resist it, it would still take place. The earth doesn't stop rotating for you, and time nevers goes into a standstill. No matter how anguished or sorrowful we feel about the way our life, about the way our life turns out to be, we can't change it, so we have to embrace it.

every step of your life might turn out to be a bittersweet, and even painful experience, but we have to enjoy every step, every twist, every turn that life brings us. yes sometimes we cannot be nonchalant to how our life changes, but if we choose to wallow in self-pity and hide in your shilouettes of the past, it would be nothing but self-deception. haha(:yes indeed we have to be flexible, to adapt to change...

yy's words of wisdom tugs at my heartstrings, becuase yeah it is very emotional and something i really value. (: sometimes life can turn out to be this ever crazy regime, and sometimes we may really feel that life is mundane rountine. but don't ever neglect what you have, the insignificantly significant blessings in life(: cuz they count...
